Creative Ballet Classes

PRE-SCHOOLERS: Informal creative ballet class with a musical emphasis. Suitable for girls and boys, to develop coordination skills and as an outlet for self expression. An introduction to dance.

CHILDREN OF ALL AGES: Creative ballet in a positive and non-competitive environment, where emphasis is placed on developing self-esteem whilst discovering movement possibilities. Dance skills are introduced and musical appreciation accented. The classes also stimulate concentration, memory skills and encourage imaginative development. The accent is on dance for enjoyment, physical exercise and the enrichment of a busy school week with an exercise form which is non-stressful and manageable.

ADULTS: “Old dancers” are a speciality, and beginners are also welcome. A general dance class for those who want to enjoy exercise in a relaxed and non-competitive atmosphere.
